Kein Mastership, kein Lausanne Grand Prix – die Zeit der großen Europa Contests ist vorbei. Nach 10 Jahren nimmt sogar die Europameisterschaft, die Etnies European Skateboard Championships, eine Auszeit.
Im August 2012 soll es wieder eine Meisterschaft in Basel geben.

After a decade of bringing European skateboarding together once a year, the ESC in Basel will take a break in 2011 to let everyone involved recharge their batteries and use the time to develop new ideas to make the biggest skateboard event in Europe even better.
The European Skateboard Championships will be back in Basel from Aug 9-12 2012 at the time-honoured Kunsti ice stadium. Save the date!
