Die private Berrics Skatehalle von Eric Koston und Steve Berra hat sich anscheinend von dem „hauseigenen“ Videofilmer Chase Gabor getrennt.
Dies hab Chase selber bekannt.
Chase dazu:
It is with a heavy heart, that after more than 15 magical years I am parting ways with The Berrics. This personal decision has come with lots of thought, time, consideration and perspective. The Berrics has been a part of my identity for nearly half of my life, making this the hardest choice I have ever made. I cannot thank Steve and Eric enough for the opportunities and memories that I have enjoyed over the years. Throughout the years, I’ve experienced and created things well beyond my dreams and accomplished goals that at one point weren’t even imaginable…I also created somewhere in the ballpark of 5,000 videos. These are moments that have shaped me and that I will cherish forever. I am beyond grateful. I have zero regrets and I wish The Berrics and all of it’s employees nothing but massive, overwhelming success. Nothing but love! Although for me, it’s just time for something new. Time to do my own thing. Time to recalibrate and focus on NEW dreams and goals.
To every single one of the skaters, brands and friends who have believed in and worked with me over the years, thank you all! You know I love you all and I plan to see you all very soon! To all of my coworkers, colleagues and employees; thank you all so much for the help along the way and making some cool shit happen. To every Berrics fan of past and present, I am so happy to have been able to provide you with entertainment for all these years…even the people who tell me they “grew up” watching my videos and make me feel old. The acknowledgements and praise is always overwhelming and I will never get used to it. I don’t know what the future holds just yet, especially in these uncertain times and that’s just the kind of excitement I need right now. Thank you ALL for so much support over the years…I hope you keep doing so. Stay tuned…I might have some exciting stuff coming soon ; ) And well, reach out! I’m officially open for work! By the way, check this out – Today, for the first time since we moved into the new warehouse, I visited the Old Berrics. The murals are still on the walls! Very nostalgic.
